Gambell and Hunter Sailmakers has been specializing in high quality traditional sails for more than 20 years. Carefully considering your boat's requirements, we use only the best sailcloth, like "Marblehead" fabrics from Challenge, Soft "Oceanus" from North Cloth, and "Sunwing" cream or tanbark from Hayward Textiles in England. |

Our traditional sails can be finished
in a variety of styles. From contemporary, with a minimum of
handwork, to classic, with hand sewn corner rings, leatherwork, and hand
sewn boltropes.
Large traditional vessels, coastal and offshore cruising boats, as well as all varieties of small sailing craft have been outfitted with Gambell and Hunter sails. We also swage and hand splice standing rigging and lifelines, and can help you with your running rigging as well. |

| When you call or write us, you'll be dealing directly with the people who will be making your sails, from start to finish. Regardless of the size of the project, we'll spend the time it takes to plan and fabricate the sails you want. |
